Day 42 of my journey:

OMGS I'm such a loser- look at all the things I'm losing! :)

90KG -1.85kgs down

Arms 40 -0.5cm down
Breasts 107 -0.5cm down
Waist 81 -1cm down
Hips 110 -2cm down- measured twice because I couldn't believe it
Thighs 73 -1.5cm down

BMI 33.9 (moderately obese) down from 34.6 (severely obese)
Fat% 42.8 (obese)- down from 43.7 (obese) Calculated from BMI with BMI Weight Tracker App
Waist to Hip Ratio 0.74 - (Moderate)

Medication: 50mg Euthryrox- will be switching to Eltroxin soon.

Had a little bit of a snacking feast last night - but I'm not too worried because I don't really cheat much. Last nibble was around 11pm- so I probably wont eat again until tonight around 7pm and only if I am hungry.

Tummy not bloated as seen by my measurements-so cream cheese with chives is now allowed.

Foods added to diet in the last week include: Tomatoes :)
Want to see if I can add some green veg and mushrooms this month.
90 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
