sneak peek 92.53kg. My little binge made me not lose as much. I'm happy woth thos result anyway 🤗 Let's keep it clean.


** PM update: Something I ate is giving me tummy trouble

Possible culprit: Milk, cottage cheese, avo, chicken hearts or potato

Will cut all and then check each in turn.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
