Feeling better in general, but now I know eating apples make me depressed and give me stomach cramps.

Pain less- could be the Catafast or placebo but I'll take it.

Weight Down 1.7kg this week (7:15am)

Arms 40.5 -1.5
Breasts 109.5 +0.5
Waist 85.5 -0.5
Hips 113 same
Thighs 74 same

Water drinking still not disciplined
Exercise needs to be taken more seriously

Meal preparation has to become a thing- as well as logging what is eaten.
This cannot be scientific if I dont log the data
94.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
