Feeling good. Middle of the week and I've already lost 1.2 pounds. I'm so glad this is continuing! I have no idea what I'm going to do when I hit that plateau D:
69.3 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
