For the people on keto. I ate about 900cal out of my 1700 today. Came home and made a nice dinner; creamed spinach, cabbage, brocolli, cauliflower and pork tjop with creamy mushroom sauce. And then I couldn't eat it😮 I just wasn't hungry. All I ate was a bit of the spinach. is this normal for keto?

Yes, that is normal. You just aren't as hungry when you follow the Keto lifestyle.

protein and fats take much longer to break down than CHO so you would feel fuller for longer, just be sure do drink loads of water to balance your blood PH as keto diets over long periods of time can make the blood acidic.

Thanks for the feedback. I know from past experiences and other diets that it's not a good thing to not eat.

Yes it is very normal and thats the beauty of ketone dieting. I can go without food for a day before I realise I have not eaten. I often spoil myself with a hot chocolate drink made up of 90 % dark choclolate 9just 2 small slabs not the whole bar) cream and a tablespoon butter and stevia. It keeps me going for almost an entire day before I begin to think of food again then I did into bacon and eggs and creamed mushrooms fried with mixed herbs.
