Second day back at cross fit class!!

1 Clean Pull
1 Power Clean
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Squat
1 Clean Squat

It was a nice skill train session. I used 15 kg for the whole workout.

WOD:

AMRAP 9

15 Slamballs
15 V - Sits

I did 4 rounds.
