4 x 10 @ 25 kg - I only got to do 10 reps in my first round, the 2 - 4 rounds, I only did 5 reps.
Super set with seated DB curls - I used the 7.5 kg dumbbells.
WOD: 7 rounds
30 sec ME Push-ups 15 sec rest
30 sec ME Renegade Rows 15 sec rest
30 sec Battle ropes 15 sec rest
Tonight we are having dinner with my parents, so I've got no idea what we are eating, except for the beet salad that I'm taking with.
