Thank u. Fresh stirfry veggie mix, mushrooms, onions and beef. 2 minute noodles cooked seperately.... Whole bottle of sweet & sour sauce

is the noodle not too much carbs.... it's hard wen my kid wants it I sneak in a few bites lol but feel guilty

Probably is too much carbs. This is my husband's plate, I had a lot less....

Why? I have been having them and still have been losing. A person's body actually needs some carbs
