I'm not hopeful for tomorrow's weigh-in, as shark week is approaching, & my body is clinging to water for dear life...

I've decided that after tomorrow's weigh-in, I will only get on the scale once a week. I'm pretty tired of the silent disappointment every morning when the numbers are not satisfying.
