Hubby and I are having "anti-valentines" tonight... LOL, sandwiches for dinner.

Back Squat

7 x 2 - On the last 4 sets I did 25 kg. I used to be a lot stronger, but took a 3 month breather so I'm building up again to where I was.

METCON:

AMRAP 12:

30 air squats

120 jump ropes

15 m sled push

I got to do 3 rounds, & started on my 4th.
