On Friday evening I skipped dinner, & my weight went down to 77.1 kg, but then on Saturday I pigged out! Sunday I only had lunch after 1, so my unofficial weight this morning is 78.8 kg. That's only 600 gr more than Friday's weigh-in. I'm happy!!!
Fasting is such a great way to keep the weight in-check!
