Is it okay to exercise at night? Like 8.30pm for 30 mins if I sleep at 10pm?

Definitely! Exercise at any time of the day will make your body release endorphins! I workout in the morning, have worked out in the afternoon and at night before (even at 1 in the morning) Does help with sleep and stress relief from the day.

I read somewhere that it's better to exercise in the morning. exercising late at night tends to leave your body in a "fight or flight" state which will affect the quality of your sleep. I used to work out after work, and used to get horrible insomnia! now I work out before work and can sleep for 8 hours straight..

i think you should try out exercising at different times and see which you like best. everybody is different and we all react differently e.g. some people like exercising first thing in the morning so that its done& out the way...plus reduces excuses cropping up later in the day.

If thats the only time you can its not a problem, your meals at night would just have to be kepy low carb and clean as possible after training. Then fuel you body with carb meal lunch time so you have energy for training.
