today's meals: breakfast- my muesli with almond milk amd almond butter, sugar free hot chocolate lunch- chicken and rocket salad with 1tbs mayo dinner- braaied chicken- a wing and half a breast, a few bites of sweetcorn snacks- almond butter drinks- 10 glasses of water and 2 cups of coffee. Illegitimate snacks- 1 fruit pastille, 1 handful of popcorn, 3 chips 😈
exercises: I am following the Good Housekeeping Exercise plan. I did day 1, 10 jumping jacks and 8 squats. It builds you up from 45 seconds of exercise on day 1 to 30 minutes by day 30. I am extremely unfit so I'm doing each day 3 times 😂
the rest of this week I'll have 1 cup coffee per day and them half a cup a day the next week.

Hi Maree. I am following a "keto paleo" diet. So type of low-carb/banting with a focusnon unprocessed foods, and no dairy. I also do these modifications:
1. cheap (i don't have things like nuts, bacon, cream, butter, or much meat)
2. my main protein sources are eggs and pilchards. occasional chicken but almost never red meat (again because of the price)
My goal is to feed myself well for under R1000 a month:) what plan are you following?

hi Jespes. I am following a low carb, low calorie program. I like the way you think. everything is so expensive. I hate cauliflower u must how I hide it hehehehe😁
