It's been a good few days.
in the past I would average about 30-40g carbs a day 100-130g fat 80-100g protein Which is 1600-1700ish calories
Now on my new "lower fat" banting, I'm closer to: 30g carbs 80-90g fat 100-110g protein Which is around 1400 calories
I am feeling Great. I have vague hunger most od the day but not ravenous/uncontrollable/feeling weak or faint. My energy is high, I'm sleeping well.
