Cross fit class today:

NFT Strength training

5 Rounds

ME Push-ups

10 weighted RDL w/ a 3" tempo downwards

15 m weighted Rope pull

10/10 Backward lunges

It was a nice & slow workout, concentrating on correct form rather than how fast you can finish.
