I Have spent lot of time the last few days trying to realise why I sabotage myself. I think there are a few reasons:
1. I like eating 2. I don't value myself. I feel guilty to spend money on foods I know are good for me, I feel.I should rather use that money for my children. 3. My kids. they keep me so busy! I am 30, a mom of 4 children aged 1- 11. I homeschool them all too. I parent from about 5.30 am (when my early bird 5yo wakes up) until 9pm when my eldest goes to bed. I need to figure out where to find time for myself.
i made some progress today- made for myself some homemade keto muesli and I will buy some almond milk too :)
