Performed my civic duty yesterday and attended a neighborhood meeting at the expense of getting in all my steps. Going for a long walk tonight with friends and dogs in Balboa Park. The lights are up and the crowds should be thin. In other words, perfect!

I made a pot of soup last night before I left for my meeting, I will be eating it the next couple of days, I'm sure. It's low carb, only broth, a couple baby carrots for the whole pot, some celery and onion in the pot. I've been pouring it on top of zucchini noodles. might stop by the store and get some more veggies for it. mix it up a little.
