Exercise really makes me feel a lot better!!!
Cross fit class:Strength/Skill:Bench Press:4 x 8 - 10 reps w/ a 3" tempo downward
- I did 25 kg, but only managed 6 reps for the 1st 3 rounds, & on the last round I got 8 reps.
Landmine rows:4 x 15 reps with 30 kg - I only managed 9 reps on each round.
METCON 15: Partner wodPartner A:100 sledgies, after every 20, do 10 push-ups - I used the 14 lb hammer, where I usually used the 8 lb hammer.
Partner B:100 slam balls, after every 20, do 10 push-ups - I used the 7 kg ball, where I normally used the 5 kg ball.
Then switch. I couldn't finish the slam balls, I only managed 3 rounds (60 slam balls & 30 push-ups)
I felt pretty strong today!
