So far, I'm down 2.2 kg...

Oh and btw, I've quit smoking... I'm on day 7 today!! So far so good. I just gotta stay busy though, otherwise I get "hungry" & then I want to eat...

Well done just remember it takes 21 days to form a habit.

it takes two weeks to lose water weight.only week 3 you lose fat.but if you don't do weights itl be muscle too
