My weight has not once gone below 83!!!!
I loose up to that point and then pick up again. Loose up to 83 and pick up again. Like riding a freeking yoyo

Yoyo dieting is like Einsteins definition of insanity put to practice. Doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. I rode that yoyo for a long time myself.
