Weight seems to come down slowly again...

800 m run
40 Burpees

600 m run
30 Burpees

400 m run
20 Burpees

200 m run
10 Burpees

For cool down we did some lateral mobility work...

What a scorcher!!! We really burnt those calories away!!!
