My today's lunch attached

Been trying to minimize my calories. I'm under 1200 a day.
It's fine because I don't get hungry.

I need ideas on meal replacements. Smoothies yes. I want to try that.
Let's say for breakfast & lunch. Dinner I will not have a smoothie.
I will eat a healthy dinner and finish with green tea before sleeping :-)

Search google for a list of low calorie foods. Hake is an excellent lower calorie protein and steamed/boiled chicken also gives you more food for your calories. Add butternut, brinjal, beetroot, lettuce, and other low calorie veg to your meals. For flavor I use Mrs Balls Lite Chutney or Nando's sauce :D

@BBO I definitely agree with you....@Thenjiwe i dont think i can survive on Smoothies for breakfast, yeah maybe luch. i have my bg meals for breakfast, even though they dont consist of carbs, but its my hardcre meal and then i go lighter as the day goes. So maybe i can consider having a smoothies for lunch and then i would have a fruit or boiled eggs or even a piece of chicken for supper.....but out the smoothie thang. Different things work for different body types.

WAtch the calories of meal replacement shakes! Perhaps try using the Knor Weigh-Less Soups ? They are under 50 Calories per cup or make your own butternut soup.
