Everything is sort of on track... Having dinner with some friends tonight & all I know is we're having snoek!!

CF Class today:

Skill:

5 x 2 position (hang & deck) power cleans (22 kg)

Strength:

A1: 4 x 8 RDL's (22 kg) (2 sec tempo downwards)

A2: 4 x 8 - 10 split squats (2 sec tempo downwards)

Finisher:

2 x 2 minutes ME Russian KB swings
(this last one was tough!!! I got 60 swings in the first minute & 57 in the 2nd minute)
