Well done. I'm soooo chuffed as well. Had yummy food and even a small glass of red wine on Friday, Saturday as well as Sunday and this morning registered a nice loss on the scale. I love starting the week this way and the pressure is not that hectic come Friday for weigh in. Just need to continue keeping on track till then. Have a good week!

Thanx guys!!! I kept to proteins and good fats! Just had some Rolo ice cream on Sunday after dinner!! Will see if I can phase out sweets & bad carbs completely with time!!

Oh I nearly forgot had a shot of tequila on Friday evening but that's zero carbs and it is a probiotic :))
