Lekker CF session this morning!!!

Strength/Skill:

3 RM Front Squat

I warmed up with 15 - 20 kg 3 x 5 reps

Then did 3 x 3 x 25 kg

METCON:

400 m sprint (5 rounds) Coach stopped me & my team mate at 4 rounds.

Tag-team style....

My legs are JELLY!!!
