I'm optimistic about this week's weigh-in... Shark week is in full swing & my whooosh is on its way!!!

CF class:

Practiced Hang Power Cleans

METCON:

EMOTM (21 minutes)

1st minute - 3 x cleans
2nd minute - 30 m sled push
3rd minute - 30 double unders

It was brutal!!! In the first few rounds, you got to rest a half minute, but as the time went on, it got more difficult & you just work one minute after the other!!! BUT, I survived...
