My unofficial weight this morning is 101.1kg.
This is 0.2kg higher than my weight last week Wednesday by comparison so I think I will remain in the lower 100kg range tomorrow morning. If that happens, I will want to make Thursday as a low carb day and then do my official weigh=in on Saturday morning BUT I have a meeting tomorrow and I'll be eating chicken tikka, chips and roti so the low carb day won't be possible.
Perhaps I'll just limit myself to not exceed my RDI like I usually do on a Thursday and then that might help for a Saturday morning official weigh-in :)
I've decided to start my December by going back to gym. Two months of not going to gym makes me feel less strong. There's just something therapeutic about a good gym session!
