A2 Bent over rows 5 x 8 - 12
METCON:
200 m waiter's walk 15 push-ups 15 T2B (I did butterfly sit-ups, because for the life of me I cannot hang from the bar)
Tonight we're having dinner at a local pub, so I don't know what I'm having for dinner yet...
