I don't normally record over weekends, but I'm trying to stay on track, seeing that my plateau has passed. Today is "indulge yourself day", so I'm stuffing my face with everything bad... 😁 Tomorrow I will offset this with a full fasting day! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend so far.
