Didn't feel like I slept at all last night when my alarm went off at 4:30 this morning, so I gave CF class a skip! Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow morning.

My weight is coming down despite the fact that I'm in the middle of shark week. I'm not holding my breath, but tomorrow should show another drop, or at least stay the same as last week.
