Black Bee... My lazy monster is gone, I hope your munchie monster is also gone!!!

CF Class today:

Team workout: (25 minutes)

60 cal row
80 slam balls
100 burpees

I did half & my team mate the other half.

Then as an ender, we did a Tabata of hollow rocks - & I completely suck at that!!!

On Friday I'm flying to George for a girls-weekend!! Can't wait!
