I had a craving for Macaroni & Cheese for a while and this Sunday my sister made me a whole casserole of it :) I ensured that I recorded the total ingredients used and I was going to eat the whole thing myself but then I felt its just way too much for me so I had just half of it which worked out to about 325g of cooked macaroni and with the cheese and white sauce the total calories of what I ate was 1 246 calories. I also ate a snack of yoghurt+apple+oats and had chicken curry and rice for dinner and ice cream for dessert. It was a crazy Sunday and I just enjoyed the eating without recording it. Weigh-in on Thursday is going to be judgement day!! lol! Let's see what happens.
