Hello week 2 of BBBD
Yesterday (Sun 17 July 2016) was my 1st spike day. I ate everything as usual except for having seafood mix for lunch. I knew I had to eat something that I craved the week hence the seafood mix. My carbs where still under 30g net carbs for the day, but it was significantly higher that the rest of the week due to the crab sticks in the mix. They are so yummy but oh so high in carbs.
Today is a new week and back to being strict. 6 good days stinged together is how I will beat the buldge.
