I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend... My damage on the scale is not too big, so I'm in high spirits. Managed a 24 hr fast on Saturday, where I normally follow the 16:8 fasting regime... Happy with that, as my Thursday & Friday were complete non-fast days.

EMOTM for 10 minute (Strength/Skill)

3 Hang Power Cleans

METCON (Not for time):

5 Rounds:
8 x DBL KB Front Squats
8 x Dragon Flags (What the F? I know, I had exactly the same reaction!)

I'm sure if you google that last exercise, you'll be able to find out what it is, because I cannot explain it. LOL!!!
