At least I got SOME sleep last night... Hubby made me get out of bed this morning for CF class & that I really appreciated, because I feel great now!!

Workout 2day:

3 x 2 snatches (1 power snatch & 1 hang power snatch)
Use a challenging weight - I did 17 kg - that's 2 kg more than 2 weeks ago. #progress

then,

16 minutes:

125 wall balls
& EMOTM 7 Toes to bar (I did V-sits, as a scaling option)

Be relentless!!! Tomorrow's public holiday will sure not be great for the healthy eating, but I will try my best!
