Hitting the 30kg weight loss just before a heavy weekend of indulging was such a great confidence booster :)
I couldn't fast last Friday as I attended a family prayer and just had to eat with them. Then on Saturday I attended my uncle's 50th birthday party and ate both mutton and chicken breyani + soji + cake + regular coke(yuck!!) + ice cream + savory snacks + birthday cake!!! Sunday I enjoyed mac & cheese :)
I didn't record my food consumption on my Food Diary since for Fri, Sat or Sun.
I love how I can indulge like this and still lose weight/fat.
I might gain this week but I know it will be a temporary weight gain. April is living up to its anticipated month of indulging!
