I made this awesome low carb high Protein cheesecake for dessert today :D It was so simple!!! I mixed the ingredients with a spoon and didn't even need to take out the electric mixer to do it.

Ingredients :
1 tub of Lancewood Low Fat Cream Cheese(208g)
2 scoops of ProNutrition Whey Fusion(Strawberry Flavor)

Method :
Mix both ingredients and leave it in the fridge until you ready to eat it :D

Macros of this dessert are as follows :
50g Protein
41.6g Fat
9g Carb
3.6g Fibre
616 Calories for the entire bowl. You can split it into 4 servings of 154 Calories each.

I ended up eating the whole thing since I'm fasting tomorrow. It was yummy but the consistency was thick so I might add some fresh cream to it next time.

I absolutely love this as a evening snack. I often had it on my mealplan when I was coached by Tammy Dreyer. With fruit even more yummy. I've used banana whey with a banana — delicious. They only time I enjoyed my banana whey.

That is so wrong. Half the fun would be licking it off my fingers. I'd dump the spoon. (Just about said "licking it off your fingers", but that would have been even more wrong. Ew!)

Bren I'm going to try chocolate flavor protein powder next time I make it and hoping with some fresh cream it will be more like a mousse. It really was delicious! Northern Musician that's damn funny! lol!

I make this all the time, I usually add equal parts fresh cream and cream cheese...chill it in the fridge for about an hour or two and you'll have a mousse like desert, just make sure to either mix it all together in a machine or whip the fresh cream into stiff peaks first and then fold into the cream cheese...........also if you freeze it for about 4-5 hours, it tastes just like frozen yogurt lol choc flavor works well but it can be combined with any flavorful protein powder.
