Happy New Year!
First day back at it. First gym session in about 10 days (which is a big deal when you normally gym 5 days a week) and today I say no to all sugar.

Luckily the scale at gym is not working - so I have some time to correct my eating and weight before having to own up to the Christmas Gains.
