You know you are highly motivated when you passing the gym on your rest day after 2 gym days and then decide you might as well go in and burn some calories with a workout!!! LOL!

I did just that today. Just some cardio and weights so that makes it 3 days in a row to hit the gym and tomorrow is official weigh-in :D

Hoping I don't retain too much water so I can see a drop in weight.

Oh how I miss the gym. Can't wait to move to the new house so that we will again be close to one that I can get to either before or after work. Good work... keep it p.
