Dinner: 💚

My first & only meal of the day so it’s high in cals but full of nutrients & the right macros. Was sooooo busy & didn’t have time to eat at all today. Will have a few dark chocolate blocks for dessert & maybe a bran rusk or 2 with my herbal tea

yum! how many calories do u generally eat in a day?... roughly? ur meals always look good!! 😍

Hey! I calorie cycle so during the week it’s roughly anywhere between 1,500 - 1,800 which leaves me room to eat roughly 2,200 cals and sometimes more on weekends but I’ve recently stopped counting on weekends and just eat what I feel like. During the week I still keep track 👍
