ive been making good deficit the last week its like my vibe about my journey has changed like a switch has flipped. wanting to do activities and eating allot healthier im still making space for food i love so im not hurting myself. as i went threw the last 2 years on trying to lose weight i wanted to see the progress fast so i did crazy stuff like 900cal a day i fasted and ended up losing weight but also hurting my body..mind and a part of my soul i finally realized i need to adress it. it was a hard one but i am at a good place now where my relationship with food is on the mend now i know for sure i see my goals slow but steady. no pushing myself to the max to look like someone else but doing what feels good for my body and in my body aswell. great full i have this app and my logs to look back on and see the sadness the worlds expectations put on me and in turn i put on myself. heres to a good start on healing my body!
