I have upped the intensity and volume of training. Running in the evenings - gym in the morning - also dropped my calorie intake although my target yesterday was 1500 calories, I was 300 over. I don't punish myself although the 3 lollipops through the day are 200 odd calories - who woulda thought - lose 2 of those and 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter and I am on it! #BeRelentless

AmberLoves13 if you are from South Africa then try looking for sugar-free lollipops and sweets in Clicks or any store that caters for diabetics :)
