I love chia pudding. It's easy to make. I like to sweeten mine with Agarve nectar.

Thanks for sharing! I worry a little about getting seeds stuck in diverculosis pockets. Will soaking the seeds handle that?

I ground them in a coffee grinder with flax and pumpkin seeds then soaked in almond milk with blueberries, cinnamon and clove . In little glass ramiken dishes they made an excellent after dinner treat or small breakfast for 120 calories each . yum

Chia, ground flax and hemp hearts all go into my lunchtime smoothie. Flax does need to be ground to get the full nutritional benefit, chia doesn’t have to be but some of the literature is now saying that grinding chia as well is the way to go.. chia and diverticulitis is a good GOOGLE question.

I forget about chia. I like it in my oatmeal or in yogurt. I love the added health benefits. Thanks for reminding me!🩷👍

I wish I could stomach them. I made a chia pudding once, and I still gag at the thought. It was the weirdest consistency and nope... just nope. I tossed the whole bag out. I may try it dry on salads, but never again in a recipe, and definitely not with anything liquid.
