Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 10 Jul 15

I'm surprised at how I have adapted to my new eating regimen after 10 weeks! Its 4pm and all I have consumed for my fast day today is Green Tea(600ml), Water(600ml) and a cup of Nescafe Coffee with milk(15ml). That means I'm well over 16 Hours of Intermittent Fasting without even feeling it. I didn't go to the gym today so I didn't consume my post-workout protein shake which I usually have around midday to break my fast on my fast day. All this flexibility is really awesome!

I am fasting too and seriously I have zero hunger. Haven't eaten since 19h00 last night and its 17h00 now so that's 22 hours. Just had an awesome brisk walk on the beach. Lovely and sunny today :) Feeling light and happy and clean on the inside. Will eat tomorrow at about 12 or 1 pm.

That's awesome! The body adapts to new conditions and so many people give up because they try to make too many changes too soon. Gradual and small changes are key to achieving the overall big change :D

That's good going! Fast day number 2 for me today, so a big pot of butternut soup about to be brewed! :) With cabbage!!

Big Boy Optimus, I concur. Fasting really isn't something you "jump" into. Most of us are raised with the mentality of "you must have" 3 meals per day and "you must have" breakfast. Fortunately there's a ton of information on the world wide web. #babysteps Good luck for today Y002.
