Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 12 Jun 15

Just got through my 2nd week of 4:3 Fast Diet(modified 5:2) :) 2 weeks ago I felt that I had managed the 2 days of max 600 calories in a week rather well and decided to push myself to make my week consist of the extra third Fast day(max 600 calories). I adapted to it so easily and I have decided to live the rest of my life adhering to this as my lifestyle choice :) It doesn't make sense to give up certain foods to lose weight only to put the weight back on when you eat those foods again! That is the problem that most people have when trying to lose weight and it causes the yo-yo syndrome where one loses weight but cannot maintain the method that caused the weight loss and then ends up putting the weight back on.

Very true LowCarbFemmeFit :) I get so irritated with people who say that a product for fat loss is a waste of money because once u stop taking it then u put the weight back on. DUH!!!! Obviously if you live a weight-gaining lifestyle and stop using a product that was held back the weight gain then u are most likely to put the weight back on! lol. Some people just want a magic pill-in-a-bottle that will make them lose weight while they continue making bad choices.
