I don't often buy apps. but. I paid for a year subscription for Freeletics, and I am very impressed. R1500 p/a for the fitness subscription. done two workouts so far. the app is very nicely set up, great workouts. user friendly. winner winner all round. we have a gym are available to use for free at work, so I'm going to try get my baby abs back!
