Where can I go to track my muscle mass and fat composition? I’ve given up on the scale.

I’ve been pretty consistent with workouts and eating well the past 5 months. The scale says I’ve only dropped 2 kilos but my clothes are much loser and there is a clear difference in the pictures I’m using to track.

I’ve done research on this and it seems I’m not the only one who has faced this thing of looking smaller but weighing the same. But it would be nice to have some sort of confirmation.

Sometimes it does hurt that I can’t announce a huge weightloss with a scale number but I’m glad to be looking and feeling better and less pudgy.

I understand you feel disappointed because your weight is the same but the fact that you actual see you body and clothes fit much loses is a 🥇 win… I am proud of you … well done and keep going, do not let the scale out you off track
