i have come to a point where i actually dont know how to lose weight i am overwhelmed by videos tiktokers and programs i tried keto IF and restrictions but i get hungry so much keto almost killed me and uf gives me anxiety all i wish for is that someone can take me under their wing and help me. to ashamed to ask but im taking a chance i weigh over 100kgs im sure to affraid to look. i exercise thats not my problem its the food.. idk how to eat even in a deficit i dont have money to pay a dietitian... god hears me i hope someone can help me
