after a long and daunying year since losing weight i decided to start a deficit and IF again and stixk to it this time i gym every 2nd day anyway so im used to it but i need ro stay consistent i want ro be at atleast 88 by December now i am challenging myself cause no one else will help me so ill need ro do this alone question anyone have gallstones and done fasting did it affect you?
