Damage was not as bad as I expected, after a whole lot of stress eating courtesy of moving to the UK. One week in and settling in, now to settle into a new routine of healthy eating and exercise.
90.8 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
